Lot 7 is in the shape of a triangle and is 1.83 acres with 400' bordering paved the Hopkins road to the west. The properties are across from each other.

Location

Hopkins is a coastal village located in the Stann Creek District of Belize, which is in the southeastern part of the country. It is situated on the Caribbean coast, approximately 160 kilometers (100 miles) south of Belize City and 20 kilometers (12 miles) south of Dangriga, the largest town in the Stann Creek District. Hopkins is known for its beautiful beaches, cultural diversity, and proximity to several popular tourist destinations in Belize, including the Cockscomb Basin Wildlife Sanctuary, the Maya Mountains, and the barrier reef offshore.

The property is south of town, just before Hamanasi resort (the property borders Hamanasi Resort). South of the property are numerous high-end resorts like Jaguar Reef.
